Soccer Panda to carry Olympic Torch
University of Alberta Pandas’ soccer player Christine Tallon will be part of the 2010 Olympic Torch relay in her hometown of Kamloops, British Columbia. Tallon, a goalkeeper with the U of A Pandas’ soccer team, will carry the torch through the town of Cache Creek, just outside of Kamloops, during the afternoon of February 6.
